Their "Risk Management" team are not attorneys. They will however, as they did in my case (subpoena-I was a non-party to case), give you inappropriate advice that is not legally sound. They will not provide you with an attorney either in house or outside to represent your interests-even when specifically asked. Other malpractice insurance companies will indeed do this for you.
