I wouldn't take my cat here!! Now I wind up in collections after paying more than 1/2 the bill and they only asked for 20%. For such a renown hospital I was not impressed...

I can't give Cooper less than fair because for the past two years due to a near fatal car accident. I have been treated with the most highest standards. However, as of right now, while I'm writing this from my Trauma department bed I am desperate trying to find a Dr. Or someone who really cares about my treatment to talk about my pain management since this morning . They have managed my pain terribly and while I was due for pain medication at 7:40, it is 8:20 and I'm still waiting in excruciating pain.
Our experience at Cooper was extraordinary. The staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and made us feel so very important during our stay. I highly recommend this medical facility.
Can't explain a bill - and have to wonder about Dr saying a 5 minute additional procedure (endoscopy) when already going to have a fully covered colonoscopy. Was this really for my health benefit or their pocketbook - covered to $2000 bill for me and more from the insurance company. Then they tell me that they can't break down my bill by procedure, so how do i know one was fully covered and the other that is over 90% the same costs 1 bed, 1 anesthesia, 1 recovery, 1 team of people - I get billed like its 2 totally separate p... read more
I am very disgusted with the Cooper Bone & Joint practice in Cherry Hill! I brought paperwork in on my 9/1appointment to be filled out by the doctor for transportation through Access Link due to a right foot fracture and still don't have the paperwork. I even refaxed the paperwork I left in the office on Sept. 1st. I now call daily for the paperwork. 10 days later still have nothing!! It's now affecting my job! my daughter was there for seizures, She was in the waiting room for 8 hours and seen by a Dr.they wouldn't even give her an tylenol for a headache, Finally, my daughter walked out..thanks for nothing,,,,oh,,,and there was a lady there with CHF who was told that she wouldnt see a dr until 3 am.this was at 8 at night,,mind u my daughter and this lady were there already for 8 hours ..sitting in the hallway.
