Well… I had an interesting experience at cooper tire. The guy who waited on me was pretty good, however the other guy up front smelled like they just got off an episode of Cheech & Chong. If he had waited on me I would have left immediately. No way I would let that guy touch my car!!
I regret taking my car here. About a year and a half ago, I needed all of my brakes replaced. My usually Muncie shop was closed temporarily, so I went to Cooper. Immediately after replacement the brakes didn’t feel right, but I thought they might break in. But after a few months I started hearing a grinding sound, so I went back to Cooper. Cooper has always treated us right. Not only do they have the best prices around, if anything happens they fix it. We had a slow leak in two of our tires, walked in 30 minutes before they closed and they got us right back and fixed. We had a nail in one and something with the beading. They patched both free of charge because we had bought the tires there. It's the only place we've used for the last 10 years. Highly recommend.
