I worked for Cooper Standard as an accountant at their world headquarters from 2005 to 2017, when they terminated me for being honest and ethical and reporting their accounting, tax, and securities fraud to internal management. They are a corrupt company run by unprofessional, untrustworthy, and fraudulent people. I also would not trust their accounting firm, Ernst & Young, who did not follow up appropriately on my concerns about Cooper Standard's accounting practices. I do not recommend working for Cooper Standard.
