I found Sam Cooper and his team through co pilot and him and his team did not disappoint me, i had four offers on my house within a week of signing the contract with him. I would highly recommend him and his team. He helped me every step of the way and helped with the best offer to go with, he went above and beyond to get my house sold. I have to give a shout out to Elizabeth for keeping me posted of all the steps I needed to do since I had already moved to Pa.
We had to move out of state and sell our house quickly, so I submitted an inquiry on Sam’s website. He got back to us within the hour, and was able to come out and meet us the same day and come up with a game plan!! Sam was amazing with helping us navigating selling our home and selling it quickly so we could focus on our relocation. He and his team were extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had, and dealing with our first time seller anxieties, even from 500 miles away. We couldn’t recommend him enough!!
