RecommendedLet me start off by saying Brianna is so amazing. She makes you feel so comfortable and walks you through each step asking for your opinion! My favorite part would be the shampooing. She massaged my scalp for like 15 min. I love what she did with my hair. Will Definitely be back!!
I was in need of a new hair salon due to developing an allergy to regular hair dye. Someone recommended to pay a visit to Cooper because they have a line of vegan hair dye. I went for a consultation and did a patch test to verify I wouldn't break out. A few weeks later, I made an appointment to get my roots covered and it went very well. Long story short if you ever come across any issue or a problem at this salon don’t except the owner to do anything about it. The only thing she recommended was to see another one of her other stylist, and why so she can still pocket more of my money that I don’t have to waste on a color I didn’t want.

Hello Laura, I'm very sorry we weren't able to meet your hair goal on your initial visit with us . We do have a policy stating if your un-happy with your hair you have 7 days so we can adjust whats needed and taking it had been a month it was out of policy. The only reason I recommended you seeing another artist is to fit your beauty budget. We're a level based salon meaning we can accommodate everyone's hair goals according to their budget.
Today I had a micro plane facial and it was so awesome and I can’t believe I have not been doing this procedure on a monthly basis. This is an amazing place with the best customer service ever!

I’ve been here for haircut services and coloring. I see Vicki, who is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She’s made me feel very comfortable, beautiful and happy every time I leave the salon! She rocks every haircut I’ve ever asked for, and recently colored my hair last week and rocked that as well. I’ve always left happy and loving my new look. The salon is clean, and pretty, and all the staff are upbeat and smiling and genuinely seem happy to be there. I love this place! You won’t be disappointed.
