Amazing burrata flat bread
Poor customer service, they openly complained about other employees and stated they have worked so long they no longer care about customer service. Which didn’t need to be stated, because it was obvious by their behavior
If you want great service and wine knowledge, sit at the bar. Kiara is a great bartender. She makes you feel comfortable and she listens to you. Ask as many questions you need and she will go out of her way to accommodate. When I go to Coopers Hawk, I sit at the bar because Kiara gives personal attention. I get better service at the bar than at being seated at a table. Thank you Kiara for a lovely experience. Go see Kiara at the bar in Woodbridge, Va, Stonebridge location!
Kiara was amazing! She was friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu, pairings, and membership perks. She kept us updated on the kitchen, checked in on everyone, and even remembered my order without taking notes. Excellent service and a great representation of Cooper’s Hawk!
