The maintenance at this complex has gone downhill since I moved here 3 years ago. The back watershed area is now overgrown with brushes and blue plastic bags float in the murky waters. My roof in my bedroom has leaked twice, after I reported the danger of future roof leaking in August. A portion of my ceiling is hanging with black mold. The management staff initially thought residents had not paid their rent when their nightly drop box (under management control) was robbed.
