My kids have been patients of doctor Coopers for 8 years. The environment is kid friendly however, throughout the years the staff are not personable and not inviting. Seems as though they're just there to get a paycheck. If there are any discrepancies with your insurance even if you have active coverage they will NOT see your child. I had an issue with my sons insurance where in their system it's showing a different insurance company but he still had active coverage.
