Casey and team with Cooper Mountain roofing did a great job with the initial inspection of my roof and communicating with me throughout the process. From scheduling the drop off of materials to inspecting my attic space, to the office manager texting me with updates, and having the workers replace my roof. Please do yourself a favor and make sure you understand that there is no warranty NO MATTER , how much extra they have you pay for said warranty, when something goes wrong they send the “best guy “ Matt out there who explains things to your wife and makes Her believe that things will be taken care of, and we needed more ventilation as they didn’t put enough in when it was done, only to do a real good slight of hand and backspin while telling me something completely different than what was said to Her.
