Contacted them that I was interested, got my finances together. Called next morning to put a hold on it, they could not do that for someone so far away. Someone else tested it first. They were going to try to get financing. So, I looked elsewhere with my money already coming. They called me back when the other party never called them back. I found somingthing else.
