Okay I had a molar polled, then I was in pain. Called made another appointment Dr jones looked at it is was slow process and it was fine. The staff here is amazing. As someone with severe anxiety related to dentists, (previous horror story) I felt completely comfortable with dr Jones & the staff here.
My wife went here to have a tooth pulled. On the day of her visit, they examined her tooth, and told her they couldn't pull it because it was infected; the tooth was not infected. They made her pay for the visit, sent her home with a prescription for antibiotics (which she didn't take, as the tooth had previously been seen by another dentist and was not infected), and scheduled her another appointment in one week's time. I came here in 2017 to get a filling and the filling already came out. When I got this filling first done, everytime I would drink something cold the tooth would hurt and throb extremely for a few minutes. I made another appointment and told this to them. She (the dentist) explained that this is normal and should stop after while. Well, I relocated to another state and still in 2021 my tooth would hurt if I drank something cold.
