Installers showed up on time and were extremely professional and polite. They worked extremely hard non stop to get 3 rooms of carpet removed and installed. The bad reviews seem to be
had a very disappointing experience with Cooper Installation. During the job, they broke my TV, and despite multiple calls and texts with Gabbi, nothing has been done to make it right. They also left excess carpet dumped in front of my house, which is completely unprofessional. I’ve followed up several times, and I’ve been patient and reasonable, but it’s now clear they have no intention of fixing the damage or even offering a solution. Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews, but our experience with Cooper Installation wasn’t anything close to the previously mentioned issues. We scheduled our flooring installation through Home Depot and Cooper sent out two guys. The guys did a great job ripping out all our carpet and replacing them with the Lifeproof vinyl floors. They were very professional, kept us updated throughout the process, careful around our furniture/walls/decor, and cleaned up after themselves.
