Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews, but our experience with Cooper Installation wasn’t anything close to the previously mentioned issues. We scheduled our flooring installation through Home Depot and Cooper sent out two guys. The guys did a great job ripping out all our carpet and replacing them with the Lifeproof vinyl floors. They were very professional, kept us updated throughout the process, careful around our furniture/walls/decor, and cleaned up after themselves. Wonderful installation! Very professional and quick! Their attention to detail was impressive!
The people were professional but the flooring result is not great. The first installation had issues in my office. the lifeproof vinyl planks started buckling a few months later. I had to pay to have that fixed. Now another room is now showing that same buckling issue. I'm fed up with it and I don't know if its this installer or the planks so I'm only giving a three max.
