Their installation was horrible, didn't install correctly but at least they didn't stand by their workmanship. Will never have them do any work for us ever again, they did the flooring install for one of the "box stores" that we purchased our flooring through. Gave them a chance to make it right and they just told us their shoddy workmanship was not their problem.
Signed the contract and they just bailed out. The communication is pretty bad.
Setup my tile installation over 2 months ago and all they have done is take 300$ to disconnect and reconnect my toilet and not install anything. I had to remove our old floors , buy a dehumidifier and scape up all the old glue. I was able to get some of the installation cost refunded after giving up on them ever installing my tile. Please be warned.
Installers showed up on time and were extremely professional and polite. They worked extremely hard non stop to get 3 rooms of carpet removed and installed. The bad reviews seem to be
