We had services done yesterday,thru home Depot,and it was a job to move all furniture,pull up carpet,replace with vinyl plank,and a team of 3 men came ,from JEG FLOORING.. I can't tell you how much of a great job they did ,and I even interacted with them chit chatting,and I had the best laughs yesterday.. They had such AMAZING people skills ,and GREAT personalities. I'm a people person also,and even though the youngest I named him Junior,lol didn't speak or understand much English,the other two did,the oldest I named him gpa... read more
Service is honest prompt and professional. They went above and beyond in a timely manner. Any issues was met and remedied right away. I highly recommend them or would hire them again.
Hello, did anyone have to throw away their own old carpet? I don’t appreciate the installer, Jose that told us that he couldn’t take our old carpet from (3) bedrooms with him because it was too stained up from our dogs urine and he had to go do more jobs afterwards and our old stinky carpet would stink up the other carpet in his trailer (which were all rolled up in plastic (he showed us all the carpet in his trailer to confirm our carpet) the whole point to change the damn thing in the first place. I must say that after reading the reviews I was a nit nervous about using Cooper installations for my vinyl flooring JULIO came in and did an amazing job!!! Im very picky! I love my new floor..thank you JULIO & Cooper Installation..🙂
The man who installed put living room carpet was very nice, very neat and did a great job laying out carpet. If ask for him again if we do another room
