Home Depot uses them if you get flooring from them. I would ask if it is at all possible to go with a different flooring company. Rep told me they didn’t work on Saturdays, so I told her we’d have to cancel, then all of a sudden Saturday opened up. They will nickel and dime you which is odd since they are already priced on the higher end for an installation. Not only did they not install my simple carpet job incorrectly, they also damaged brand new cabinetry and baseboards. Their offer to repair the damage seemed more like intimidation. They said they would need to have multiple estimates saying, “it’s going to take a lot of your time and effort if you really want it fixed” and “these things happen” Very disappointing situation
Cooper installation services came to install carpet in our house. They were sent by the home installation services at home depot. After they finished the work and left, the walls closet, and other items in the whole house had gotten dirty. They didn't cover the up vents, walls or floor. When I asked them about it, they said yes you should expect the house to be get dirty after the work is done. I don’t even know where to begin. The way this entire project was an epic fail. DO NOT use this company for your flooring needs. They were assigned to me by the Home Depot in Frisco off of Eldorado (whole other story) which should have been seamless. The unprofessionalism from Cooper Flooring and the HD regarding my concerns had me so dissatisfied with both companies. Without going into too much detail, they did a sloppy job!
