I don’t even know where to begin. The way this entire project was an epic fail. DO NOT use this company for your flooring needs. They were assigned to me by the Home Depot in Frisco off of Eldorado (whole other story) which should have been seamless. The unprofessionalism from Cooper Flooring and the HD regarding my concerns had me so dissatisfied with both companies. Without going into too much detail, they did a sloppy job! I don’t see one of these folks only have three stars. I read some negative comments and I guess you can’t make everyone happy With that being said, their service, professionalism and quality of work were fantastic. Everything they did is clean perfectly fit, and they even finish the project a day earlier than anticipated The guys that were here great and I highly recommend them for any of your flooring needs!
Complete disappointment from start to finish. The most frustrating part of this experience is that although Home Depot hires this company, I ended up doing all the follow-up, coordination, and clarification on work that should have been managed by the installers themselves. I oversee 4–5 flooring replacements every month, and I have never encountered this level of disorganization.
