Even though this is a hotel, it's part of a wellness spa resort that does an excellent job of taking care of its guests and patrons. Just about every facility that you could imagine is on the property and next door to your room.
The location and the people/service were all top-notch. The room, however needed several areas of attention. The chair and sofa need a good cleaning, or replacement/reupholstered, the heads of the beds are very loose and flap back and forth when you get in or out of the bed, and there were huge cracks in the floor tile in the bathroom, showing clearly how much the hotel needs a refresh. We booked a room here for our first family trip with our 1 year old. Upon arrival it felt like a great location, safe, near by food, and shopping centers. Offers many amenities, beautiful scenery, plenty of parking. It seems to be an older building but well cared for and clean! No loud noises that were bothersome, The bed was very comfortable, room temperature was perfect, & hot water for showering. I think the prices are reasonable.
