We called Mark at a short notice and he helped us! He was very professional, friendly and thorough. Thank you Mark!
This is faith Whitley. Mr Cooper is not someone I would recommend. He writes his home inspections very vague. He wrote one for my home and he wrote "seems serviceable" regarding the roof. Well the roof is barely screwed in and u can lift it completely up but mr cooper didmt note any of that. There are electrical outlets on the outside of my home that mr Cooper never mentioned but they should have been mentioned and they need covers. I wouldn't consider using this company at all!!!
