awful place. The lady answering the phone is very rude. Not taking insurance require only payment in cash. My husband came for an injection and left with two pills and $250 less while it was agreed he would come for an injection
Staff is incredibly rude for no reason at all.
I tried calling his office to inquire regarding the insurance they're taking and to make an appointment as well, the lady that answered the phone was VERY rude in telling me they're not accepting my insurance even though I expressed myself that I'm willing and hanged up on me.Very bad customer service. Dr. Cooper should evaluate his front line workers for maybe he's losing patients. I ended up not going.
