Great location and Professional Management. I have resided at Cooper Cove for 2 years now, Management has always been professional and timely concerning any matter. I have rarely complained about any issues and feel this is a great place to live. They address the cleanliness and appearance of their grounds which is important to me seeing that I choose to live in an area that is well kept. Great When we moved in, they were so helpful and accommodating. And when there were problems with our apartment, they came and helped the same day. They have always been so sweet and kind and helpful towards us and we have really enjoyed staying here!

beware looks v. reality Looks nice on the outside. But once you move in, management is terrible, walls are thin, quality is low. Extremely overpriced for what it is - you can easily find better value elsewhere in the area.

Management Is Terrible Trying to communicate with the property manager is impossible. Office is hardly ever open, no one is ever around, and emails go days with out responding. Absolute circus.
