Courtney Cooper is the worst agent I've ever worked with in my life. She made excuses for not getting me a marketing plan, not giving me feedback on viewings, not getting paperwork to escrow on time. She never called me, only texts. She didn't stage the condo, I did it myself. She was useless. Worse: she didn't stick up for me when it came to negotiations. She simple was NOT my advocate and I got burned. DO NOT use this realtor. Molly is gone, but find someone else.

Cooper Cartwright were simply fantastic. Molly is energetic, fun, and gets the job done! As a Buyer, I had 20 minutes before the seller closed the bidding and she helped me come in with an offer that the seller couldn’t refuse, and I got my dream home! As a Seller, she helped me through difficult negotiations selling my Houseboat, and I got the price I wanted and in the end all parties were happy! She is a very talented Realtor and part of an excellent team!
