I was a CBRE tenant for the past three years and had a very positive experience. From the first showing, to addressing minor maintenance concerns during my time living with them, to the move out process, everyone at CBRE is kind and responsive and always so easy to work with. If you are looking for an in town rental, I cannot recommend CBRE more!
Very professional company, I highly recommend Cooper Brown when renting a property in Atlanta. If a repair is needed, they send one of their contractors out right away, and their contractors know what they are doing so the repair is done correctly and promptly. They make renting pleasurable. Thank you, Cooper Brown, we enjoyed renting from you for 4 years.
