Absolutely appalling. Their contracts are worthless and even though they have legal resources to evict an antisocial, aggressive tenant, they have done nothing. My family and 7 other families have spent the last 9 months afraid to be outside their home or open the door because of harassment. Despite many police visits, they are still at liberty to stay on our street. Your tenant has even branched out to harassing people on the adjacent street as well . I was a CBRE tenant for the past three years and had a very positive experience. From the first showing, to addressing minor maintenance concerns during my time living with them, to the move out process, everyone at CBRE is kind and responsive and always so easy to work with. If you are looking for an in town rental, I cannot recommend CBRE more!
Very professional company, I highly recommend Cooper Brown when renting a property in Atlanta. If a repair is needed, they send one of their contractors out right away, and their contractors know what they are doing so the repair is done correctly and promptly. They make renting pleasurable. Thank you, Cooper Brown, we enjoyed renting from you for 4 years.
I rented out a condo using this service and it was a great experience! Jason was very responsive and the unit was very clean when I arrived. I definitely would rent again in the future! Highly recommend.
