I had a great experience with Cooper Bros. First, I’d like to note an excellent communication support from initial scheduling to service itself. Second, Dillon F. came on time and provided excellent maintenance service. He appeared as very professional, very knowledgeable technician and he gave me a couple of furnace care tips. I will definitely call this company again!
We have had several appointments with Shaun at Cooper Bros HVAC and he is awesome! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about Carrier systems, but just overall very experienced. He is helping us to fix some issues left by anither HVAC company and we are so grateful. I highly recommend Shaun and this company!
