Kim is a compassionate and understanding listener. She always takes her time and is thoroughly attentive to my situation. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends as I’ve seen how much she cares about her clients.
Very responsive provider and will go the extra mile. I feel heard and not rushed when we meet.
Dr. Cooper has been attentive, compassionate, and caring throughout our interactions. She has helped me determine the appropriate path to take, and has offered guidance when appropriate. She is knowledgeable, easy to work with, and my experience with her has left me feeling heard, and seen. My questions have been answered, and solutions have been found.
Kim has been a light in the dark and easily one of the best medical providers I’ve ever been lucky enough to find. She’s very easy to talk to, empathetic, thoughtful, funny and professional, and I always leave our appointments feeling better than I did coming in. She’s made scheduling, insurance, and co-pays easy to manage online and is super responsive to texts and emails. She’s also very good about making sure my prescription refills get to my pharmacy before they’re due. All of which is to say, Kim actually cares :)
I have been seen Ms. Cooper for roughly a year now but currently in the process of moving and feel quite a ways about it. She has got to be hands down one of the most professional, caring, compassionate and understanding people I have ever had the opportunity to interact with. Not only does she prescribe my meds, she takes the time to actually talk to you, get to know you, understand you and where you’re at. 5 stars aren’t enough to show how wonderful of an experience I had with her.
