Kim was a good provider when I first went to her. However, I had to miss one appointment which my husband messaged her letting her know and it was in the message history in the app she uses, and she claims it wasn't received. She then charged me over $80 for a no-show fee, then blocked me from messaging her once I sent her 2 messages asking her to waive the fee so I could schedule an appointment to get refills on my medications. Kim is a compassionate and understanding listener. She always takes her time and is thoroughly attentive to my situation. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends as I’ve seen how much she cares about her clients.

Dr. Cooper has been attentive, compassionate, and caring throughout our interactions. She has helped me determine the appropriate path to take, and has offered guidance when appropriate. She is knowledgeable, easy to work with, and my experience with her has left me feeling heard, and seen. My questions have been answered, and solutions have been found.
Kim has been a light in the dark and easily one of the best medical providers I’ve ever been lucky enough to find. She’s very easy to talk to, empathetic, thoughtful, funny and professional, and I always leave our appointments feeling better than I did coming in. She’s made scheduling, insurance, and co-pays easy to manage online and is super responsive to texts and emails. She’s also very good about making sure my prescription refills get to my pharmacy before they’re due. All of which is to say, Kim actually cares :)
