Cooney is the best in town, by far! He used a technique I'd never seen before to protect my hair from damage during the bleaching process. I truly appreciate his care, effort, and professionalism. I first saw Cooney For Hair while just riding on the Queen St street car, and was immediately drawn by the salon. I made my appointment after seeing Cooney’s work on Instagram, and it was one of THE best decisions I’ve made in Toronto thus far.
