I first saw Cooney For Hair while just riding on the Queen St street car, and was immediately drawn by the salon. I made my appointment after seeing Cooney’s work on Instagram, and it was one of THE best decisions I’ve made in Toronto thus far. I love my hair, and the fact that Cooney guided me through the process of cutting and styling it. I have been going to Cooney's for haircuts since 2005. Going through life I have moved from downtown TO to Newmarket, and grown from young fresh grad to Mom of two teens and a seasoned professional. I have changed doctors, dentists and other services to local providers. For 21 years even through COVID, Cooney is the one and only hairdresser. Cutting hair is never a routine for Cooney.
