Appointment for quote on a new hvac system. Took over 2 weeks to schedule.—given appt window of 12 to 2. Took entire afternoon off to be there. No show up. No call. I called and they were going to call back. No call I called again they say oops double booked—- o call again and they want a new appt scheduled. No I don’t give up a day on a chance they may show up. They say they called. No I have entire record of all calls and messages and none from the last 2 weeks Unbelievable

Quinton, Seth, Niko and Marco. The installers are amazing they are really professional and knowledgeable. Wonderful to work with. They all were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they have poor management that has zero communication with the installers, not to mention us the consumers. I had a very bad experience with them. We purchased a new central air conditioning system from Cooney and are extremely happy with the entire process! Ron in sales was very responsive, knowledgeable and easy to do business with. He did a great job of coordinating the sale and installation scheduling. Zachary and Marco installed the unit in 90 degree heat and never once complained.
