Queen of Crowns I have had nothing but excellent treatment from Dr. Jacob Bivona. He did a root canal and crown all in one day. I was surprised that I did not have a lot of pain from all the work, just a dull ache that a couple of aspirin took care of. The staff is so friendly and give more than a 100% to the patients.

Small Town Dentistry/Big Town Experience My experience with Bivona and Branstetter Denistry is such a positive one. Each time I go I am treated with respect from the receptionist to the dental staff. The dentist thoroughly explains the treatment plan to me, so I have no questions when I leave. If another appointment is needed it is scheduled at a time most convenient for me.

New Patient Even though this was my first appointment, I was very pleased with everyone. The office staff was friendly and I didn't have a long wait time. The Dental Hygenist was friendly and did a wonderful job at explaining what she was doing. The cleaning and check up was painless and Dr. Bivona was so nice and friendly. He gave me a very good report. See them in September!!

Best experience yet! I tried to give you 5 stars but I don't think it happened. Sorry about that. You deserve 5 stars simply by the way you treated me, from the reception desk to your hygienist. It was a pleasure meeting Dr. Bivona and I have to say that I don't dread my next cleaning! I am sorry I didn't catch any names but the whole staff was great! Thank you for that. Excellent as always! I have been going to Dr Branstetter for several years. I have come to expect the excellent care I get there from all of the staff because that is all I have ever gotten there. It never changes and yesterday's appointment was no different. I never have to wait more than a few minutes. As far as I can remember I have never had 1 complaint as long as I've been going there that's why I keep on going there.
