Prior to new management, I would have rated "excellent." However, there doesn't seem to be as much experience present, and there's more pushing of products, which of course are expensive, than previously. Prescription food was always an option, of course, but the previous vet shared alternatives freely. Every time I have taken my dog there since, I've felt pressured to buy specialty food for him. It used to feel as though they cared about my dog as much as I do, but now not so much.
