I was really happy with the service I received at my home. My AC was fixed the same day, and the technician (Eduardo M.) provided 5-star service from start to finish. Great experience overall.
Chris explained everything that he was doing thoroughly. He communicated with the last guy that worked on my AC and did not try to charge me for anything that was not needed. Highly recommend!
"Eddie" came out and did an "excellent job"on a problem that I thought I had with HVAC unit. I have been doing business with Coomes for 20+ years and overall service has been great. However, since the change the in ownership to Willard, it is virtually impossible to reach a live agent. Willard needs to improve this quickly as the AI service is horrible.
