Austin came out and gave us a rough estimate between 4K-6k initially then the rough estimate became 6k - 10k and ultimately quoted us $11,500. They quoted us 11k for removal and installation of blown in insulation when I just wanted them to remove and replace 3 feet of an air duct. Coomes is no longer it’s now Willard. I had a maintenance program with Coomes for years and now they sent Willard out here that can’t even change the AC filters . The tech says they don’t do that because they do electric and plumbing . I need an AC company that can do the same thing Coomes did . If you can’t do a basic filter change then you aren’t doing correct maintenance and why in the world would I ever want to do any other type of business with this company . Called these guys out to diagnose our ac after looking g at for all of 5min. They immediately said we needed to replace the entire system for like $20,000 and didn't even want to look at other options. I then call JLI Hvac mechanical services and they fixed it immediately apparently our motor need a little work done was all it only costed $300.
