I have been a customer of Coomes HVAC for 20+ years and experience has been more than satisfactory. Willard HVAC has purchased Coomes and I had questions regarding their service contract. I was really happy with the service I received at my home. My AC was fixed the same day, and the technician (Eduardo M.) provided 5-star service from start to finish. Great experience overall.
Chris explained everything that he was doing thoroughly. He communicated with the last guy that worked on my AC and did not try to charge me for anything that was not needed. Highly recommend!
"Eddie" came out and did an "excellent job"on a problem that I thought I had with HVAC unit. I have been doing business with Coomes for 20+ years and overall service has been great. However, since the change the in ownership to Willard, it is virtually impossible to reach a live agent. Willard needs to improve this quickly as the AI service is horrible.
Eddie came out and serviced my unit and was professional and very thorough. Eddie explained every bullet point he checked and its range and what it means. Very knowledgeable. I’ve used Coomes now for at least 12 years and they’ve been the best. They keep my system up and running and they are pretty quick on getting service calls scheduled if not that day, the next day. No one else services my system but Coomes. Everyone is friendly, professional and shows great integrity when on my property.
