I appreciate the fact that Lee called when he was headed my way and how long it would take to get to my house. He gets to work right away and as always is professional, polite and courteous. Lee is a good AC tech. I do wish there were someone with Cool Quest I could speak with regarding the installation of a soft-start system on my unit.
