Good service
I cannot believe what I have been charged. ($1074.00) For replacing a capacitor on my AC and a fuse in the fuse box. Outrageous! Parts avg. Cost is less than $50. Technician labor was less than an hour. I was also quoted a price of over $9k. For a new 3 ton unit similar to the one I have. Unbelievable.
Excellent service from Rick. The communication from CoolQuest is amazing. I am getting emails and texts every step of the way towards the installation of my new AC system tomorrow. This is a follow up to my previous review. The installation was done today and went great. The installers were professional and did a fantastic job.
