Glenn came to my home and did the service on my AC. First off. What a nice young man. He found the problem and completed the repair very fast. He then gave me a few tips for future problems to watch for and was able to look up when the warranty period ended for me. CoolQuest is lucky to have Glenn as an employee. I will be using them again.
The lady that scheduled my service request is so kind and helpful! I appreciate the $29 promo offer to check my A/C system. Lee, the HVAC technician, came out today and explained everything to me, providing a valuable understanding of key components. D.M.
Arrive ahead of schedule. Now awaiting parts. Showed up 2 days later with the part, and he had to level the platform, replace the evaporator coil, etc., and the technician did an excellent job. He was personable and and professional. You can't tell he was here except for the evaporator base is now level, and the A/C is working of course.
