This was our first time building a home. It couldnt have gone better, especially since we were out of town while building. Our project manager ************** kept us in the loop and was incredibly helpful with all our questions. She walked us through every step of the way. Our new home is beautiful, high quality, very solid, and just what we wanted. Getting to pick out all the ********************* was so much fun! Last year I bought Coolman Prairie-Phase Two house in June 2022. I had family, an inspector and myself look at the house. It was built in 2020. So far since then! It started with a gas leak which I couldnt smell , because I lost most of it to Covid. My mother and daughter noticed the smell of gas in the garage and laundry room which is in the same location. So I called NIPSCO. They came and found the pipe to the water heater was leaking gas. They shut off my hot water and told me to call a plumber. They suggested I call Cool... read more
