Cooling Experts has very professional and knowledgeable technicians. They arrived on time and conducted a thorough inspection of my air conditioning unit. The repair was completed efficiently, and they explained what was fixed in simple terms. My AC has been working perfectly since.The customer service experience was excellent. Scheduling the appointment was straightforward, and the representative was friendly and accommodating. They followed up after the service to ensure everything was functioning well.
We have used/relied up Cooling Experts for years. So when our a/c decided to stop working in 80+ degree weather, they were our first call. Ashley, in their office, answered immediately and scheduled a technician for early afternoon. She later called to let us know that the technician would be delayed as his current job was taking longer than expected. We really appreciated her follow-up. The technician, Oscar, was not only friendly but efficient. As always, we were totally pleased with service and results!
