Our AC went out in our office. (Actually caught fire). Cooling Dynamic was super easy to work with. Open, clear communication. Installation was scheduled super quick. When the installers (Jayonna and Chris) came out, they were super efficient. Jayonna worked up on the roof while Chris worked on the inside unit. They were very neat and tidy while working; ensuring the work area was clean. When they left it was like they were never even there. I can’t express enough how impressed I was with Cooling Dynamics. From the 1st phone call to the technician who came out , they went above and beyond and moved some appts around to accommodate our issue and to get it resolved ASAP. Rep was good. However he handed to me Plastic jar, asking for "hot water". No other explanation. I threw away what appeared to be a small amt of cold water and filled the jug with the warm water tech requested. Come to find out, there was drain cleaner for the unit in the jug that I emptied in my sink. All he had thus was hot water to cleaned out the air conditioner drain. He said he had no more cleaner on the truck, which seemed a bit odd. I would requested that when he or another rep are in the area, that they bring cleane... read more
