We contacted this company for a new unit. He was at our home the next day, which was a Sunday. He gave us a reasonable price for a new unit and it worked well for the next 6 months. We called him for a 6 month maintenance check. The contract we have offered 2 year maintenance. He does not answer calls. If he does he always has an excuse.
