We have been in Coolidge Place for about a month now and have experienced great customer service and personalized help from both the maintenance and management/property team (Chanler and Elsa). Requests have all been done in a timely manner, and staff is responsive on the resident app! We are making this place our home and are happy how great it’s turning out.
These apartments are in the perfect location close to frandor, MSU, & Eastwood! They have large basements, cute patios, pool & playground for kiddos! The floor plan is spacious and they are maintained well too!
Very slow service
I just moved here a day ago, super excited to be apart of this community. So far so good, friendly professional & understanding management team. Quiet neighborhood so far with nice playground areas for children to play & still feel safe. Love the amenities of actually having working pools/ workout room.
I have been at Coolidge for little over a year The maintenance team they do a wonderful job.The staff in the leasing office Are always Happy to assist you with what ever you need. I have had no issues with any request that I have had. So I Want to thank Chanler, Ken, Randy, Jacob and the rest of the staff at Coolidge place. Keep up the good work
