I have been in Coolidge Place for over 20 years. This is a wonderful location, great access to my shopping needs and travel. The experience of being able to care for my little yard is a joy, as I love flowers and watching birds. The lawn care and shoveling is taken care. I appreciate and am thankful for my living experience here at Coolidge Place

I have lived at Coolidge Place since August 2025 and I have little to no complaints!! As a college student, I love living in a more quiet side of town. The office and maintenance crew are all incredibly nice and quick to fix important things.
