Overall, my experience has left me with... a bad taste in my mouth. Before I came here I knew I had a recent visit with a previous dentist. I sent those x-rays over and confirmed over the phone they looked great and would not need to take more. The hygenist took additional x-rays anyway and honestly I was just trying to be polite and I was very confused, so when I saw the heavy apron being taken out, I asked if I would be charged for them. A pleasant, efficient place.
After booking a second of two filling appointments over a month in advance I get called 4 days from the second appointment saying my dentist will not be in office and I’ll have to reschedule. I’m then told she will be on vacation and the next available appointment won’t be for over another month. What kind of business practice is this? Minimal notice time and then a long delay for rebooking. My initial experience with this place was positive, but this is ridiculous.
