I had a very frustrating experience with this dental office. The customer service is unacceptable—calls go unanswered, and when I finally got through, I was told they’re “understaffed” and unable to consistently answer phones. That’s not a valid excuse. If you run a business that relies on appointments and communication, you need to be able to answer your clients or at least return calls in a timely manner. Personnel at Coolidge are always friendly and professional. However, we have to pay for some services here that we did not have to pay for at our previous dentist. We have the same insurance here as before. This is not a compliment, just a concern.
Everyone was absolutely amazing. This is a place you can trust with your entire family and friends.
When I first visited three years ago it was a good experience with Dr. Whitlow. She recently moved. I was told it would take 1.5 years for invisalign braces to straighten my teeth. I have to wait 1 to 2 months now for an appointment. Yesterday, I met the main Dentist for the first time. I had heard from others that he doesn't have a good bed side manner.
