The company demonstrated poor professionalism, repeatedly dismissed valid customer concerns, and failed to resolve issues respectfully or effectively. Their workmanship was consistently substandard, and when we sought reasonable solutions, we were met with inappropriate personal remarks and unprofessional behaviour. Wow Wow Wow. Not only local, but just discovered these guys. I must have been living under a rock. We have investment properties and have slowly updated on window treatments here and there. Always gone to the usual big guys...but Coolico were recommended on Facebook..I'll never go elsewhere...The words, fast, efficient and well priced. Thank you
