We love our new home and can't thank them enough for their attention to detail, thoughtful advice and assistance throughout our build. The project was finished 7 months into an estimated 3 month program. Quality of work appears to be fine but communication and transparency was diabolical. 1/2 the tasks we needed to do were specifically excluded from the quote and other tasks did not make the scope. Obtaining invoices and copies of quotes from contractors was mostly impossible. There was no competitive quoting on work to be carried out even though we agreed to pay a 20% on cost for co-ordinating trades and providing materials which is well above the industry... read more
We have recently undertaken a large renovation with Coolibah Building & Design. Our new laundry, bathroom, ensuite, study nook, kitchenette and soon to be new kitchen looks fantastic. Just had a new Kitchen, main-Bathroom, Laundry, cladding and windows completed. You will be kept update on the whole progress from start to finish and they happy to give you great advice when coming to make up your mind on finishes.
