The work was completed in 2.5 hours including VW part recall, tire swap, inspection and oil change.
Was there for a NYS inspection on my 2024 VW Atlas a week ago and they failed it for wiper blades stating that it was streaking (not true)... They tried to charge $50 for new wipers, but I went to a different location down the road that passed me in 7 minutes with absolute no wiper issue. Very disappointed.

Needed a sensor replaced and Cooleys was the only place with the part. Had to wait a few weeks for an appointment. Tried to sell us things we didn’t need, as a dealership will do. We finally got our car back and the check engine light was a still on, took it to a pep boys who checked why the light was on and it was for the same sensor we had replaced.
