Service at Cooley is fantastic.
I had Brian as my Service Mangers and he was very professional and polite. I also wanted to thank the technician who worked on my car and was very thorough. Additionally Dan Stein is the salesman I work with all the time and does an excellent job of keeping me informed when a vehicle o might like for the future comes in.
I needed help with a broken bolt just after 5:00 PM. They took me in, fixed it and sent me on my way with a smile. Could not be happier with their outstanding customer service! Highly recommend!
I recently brought my vehicle to Cooley Motors for a scheduled recall and to address an SOS warning light that had appeared on my dashboard. What should have been a straightforward service experience quickly became frustrating due to a lack of transparency and poor communication. At no point during scheduling was I informed that there would be a diagnostic fee associated with evaluating the SOS issue. After the service visit, I was presented with a $179 diagnostic charge that had never been discussed or approved in advance. ... read more
