Don't try calling this place if you need ANYTHING you'll be jerked around their voicemail and put on hold FOREVER. I can't get a real person if my life depended it. ALL bureaucracy!
I had surgery on 12/9 2021..The nurses were great and very comforting...(and I had several) at least 6 or 7. This department was great, they all did their jobs with professionalism and were great team players. Donna was exceptional who gave me a drink, a snack wheeled me out, explained everything in detailed etc..these nurses are very rewarding..good job ladies. detail
The care here is great. HOWEVER, in its infinite wisdom, Cooley Dickinson has set up a phone forest -- not a tree, but a forest -- that remains impenetrable. You call, you get put on hold, and then after a few minutes, you have to leave a voice mail; you can no longer be on hold. This means that someone will eventually call you back, but you will be busy, or miss the call, and then you will have to waste all sorts of time trying to do something you could have done much more efficiently if you had been allowed to stay on hold... read more
Very attentive staff the doctor surgeon that I had was very informative and wonderful my Aftercare was very laptop on and I absolutely if I had to have surgery would go there again
