I’ve been delayed in writing this review. I truly cannot recommend Brent and his company enough. I had an issue in November with my AC not cooling properly. I eventually got in contact with Cooler Bear Heat & Air, and Daniel came out and inspected the AC unit. After an hour or so looking at it, he came to the conclusion that the compressor was faulty and needed to be replaced. We have been using Cooler Bear for a little while now. They maintenance our AC units twice a year and they are always so organized and respectful and fairly priced. We have been having issues with the humidity levels in the second story of our house and attic. Not only is cooler bear prompt, professional and reliable. Brent (the owner) was able to get a technician sent out to diagnose and repair my broken ac unit same day! Daniel is a amazing technician and had my ac back up and running in no time. Brent was incredible to deal with regarding scheduling and pricing. There office sent me text confirmation that I was on there schedule as well as notified me when the technician was on the way to my house, making the whole process from start to finish hassle free!
