We recently used Cooler Bear to install our first floor AC. I was very impressed. Brent was honest and direct and he did not try to oversell. Also, his installers/techs were very knowledgeable and friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable and confident I made the right decision to hire this company. I highly recommend Cooler Bear.
Not a good experience.. Left my home with a freon leak in the chase. Price was very high as well. Im new in town and didn’t know anyone. Ended up using Donivan, they fixed the problem and price was reasonable. Eric Jackson.

I’ve been delayed in writing this review. I truly cannot recommend Brent and his company enough. I had an issue in November with my AC not cooling properly. I eventually got in contact with Cooler Bear Heat & Air, and Daniel came out and inspected the AC unit. After an hour or so looking at it, he came to the conclusion that the compressor was faulty and needed to be replaced.
