Cool Air Installed my new system in 2023, and recently some equipment manufacturer issues came up. When I contacted them, they came out quickly to investigate the issues and work to address them. It took a few visits to figure out the root causes, but they were dedicated to resolving the situation. Everyone involved was wonderful and patient. Really appreciate the excellent service they provided.
Coolair has installed 2 new furnaces and air conditioning units over the years for the upstairs and downstairs in my house. I can them at anytime, day or night & my call is always answered. Most recently I called on a Friday night & Bill, the owner, came to resolve the problem. Coolair is a very responsive, caring company.
We used Cool Air for a whole house new HVAC system. At first they were very good-showed up on time, quality work, answered questions efficiently. When the heat broke on the new system, they attempted a fix and assured us they would be checking on it the next few days. They unfortunately did not follow through and someone coming to the house for another reason found it broke again. They replaced the whole unit.
