If you’re looking for a reliable local company, I highly recommend CoolAir! My new gas heater turned out to be a lemon, but Bill (the owner) and his team stuck with it until it was fixed. Bill went the extra mile with the manufacturer, and his office staff were always patient and kind, even when I was panicking. Thanks to their persistence, my system is finally running perfectly. It feels great to support a small business that truly cares about its customers!
We recently had CoolAir install our whole home heat pumps - from our first dealings with the owner, to his office staff, to his installation team - we couldn’t have had a better experience. I originally contacted CoolAir About five years ago for some work in our condo building’s common area and was most satisfied. Since then, many neighbors in the building and on our block here in Lowell have used CoolAir. In December ‘24, when my own HVAC system was failing, CoolAir provided a most competitive price and assisted greatly with processing an energy rebate. I’d like to preface my review by saying we are actual clients of cool air company and have used their service for over ten years now and have never been dissatisfied with their services. During this June of 2025 heat wave, out AC was not performing correctly, so we called on a Friday and spoke to Holly, who very graciously squeezed us in to her already extremely busy Monday schedule.
