I ordered tenderloin tips and asked for them medium rare. They can medium well and two of the three pieces were so grisly that I couldn’t even eat them and the meat itself was not a tenderloin but a much cheaper grade of meat. I spoke to the manger who began arguing with me and did not apologize for my dinner instead of apologizing. Issue was handled very unprofessional and showed a lack of training in the food and beverage industry. Poor food and poor service a formula for failure .
RecommendedMy wife had sweet potato crusted grouper (well I had some too) and I had the Carribean bowl, both of which were simply magnificent! One of the best seafood dinners I've ever had. 5 stars!

We had lobster tails , the Sweet potato encrusted grouper, and the Sword Fish. Everone enjoyed the dishes. We also had the Crab dip appetizer- tasty, with fresh warm chips. Yum
If you’re ever in the Palm Beach Gardens area you HAVE to eat at Cool’A Fish Bar. So good! It’s in the Legacy Plaza.
We enjoyed our dining experience so much. Food was delicious and service was super! Great drinks too!!
