Always polite and professional
Cool Zone came out to perform preventative care on our A.C. unit to make sure we're ready for the summer heat. Our tech, Joseph R., took time to explained the process, and was very informative and transparent. We will be using Cool Zone for all of our HVAC needs!
George did a great job in explaining what happened to our ac unit and what needed replaced also he came way before the 7am scheduled appointment which is a plus for me because the sooner he arrived the sooner he got the job done. Thank you again George much appreciated

Jorge was honest, prompt, and went above and beyond by working late into the night to ensure our home can be cooled again. It was 85 degrees and he took the time to find the leak instead of trying to sell me an AC unit or pushing me off to a warranty claim like the other companies did. He worked 4 hours in the heat and didnt take a single break. Appreciate you Jorge! My family can sleep cool tonight because of your efforts.
