Cool Zone responded that morning when I called about my air conditioning not working. It was 110 degrees that day in July and I was very happy that someone was able to come right away. Dakota, the service tech, listened to my description of the problem and was able to find and fix the low voltage short in my system within 30 minutes. He did a great job and I highly recommend Cool Zone for air conditioning services.

My AC went out after business hours, during record heat. Called Cool Zone and left a message, called other 24 hour companies but none could come out until the next evening. Got a call from Cool Zone first thing in the morning (6am!) and they were able to get a technician out that morning. Joseph showed up right when he said he would, he did a thorough inspection, replaced the part and my AC was up and running within a hour. Thank you Joseph and Cool Zone!!!
