I have used Cool Zone for years now. Company is top notch. My technician Joseph came out today and did a full evaluation of the unit in the house I just purchased. Joseph was not only detailed in all of the information he provided me but took the time to sit down and go over everything to make sure I understood. Very thorough and professional. My air went out and Justin came out quickly to diagnose the issue. Unfortunately it was going to be a very expensive repair on an older unit. Dakota was available to give me an estimate on a replacement unit the same evening. Then Byron and Tom were able to install the new unit within 48 hours. I was very grateful for the immediate response of the technicians and office staff!
Tom and Craig were absolute lifesavers! Our power and AC went out during one of the hottest months, and they came through with fast, professional, and genuinely caring service. They not only diagnosed the issue quickly but explained everything clearly and made sure we felt taken care of every step of the way.
