Four years ago we had another company come out and tell us we needed a new a/c system. We decided to get a second opinion from Cool Z. They came out and fixed the unit for under $200. The whole system has been running perfectly ever since. We have had them out since then twice a year for preventive maintenance. We are very happy with their honest service and plan to use them when we are ready to replace system

Great Work! We decided to go with entire new system for our large greystone condo in Lakeview, and the price we have received for new Trane units was great it was installed with great skills and they even use a crane service for this residential job witch showed up their professionalism! A technician from Cool Z came out to check my air conditioner. The fan was making a humming noise and it did not work properly and this was the reason we have choose a new one
Good experienced company�?? Service tech is very knowledgeable and really takes the time to understand, find, and resolve your problem. His prices are reasonable and he responds extraordinarily quick. I would definitely hire him again.
Furnace check I called them for furnace check and clean they show on time and did professional job. Includes checking for carbon monoxide, gas leaks, heat exchanger inspection, blower motor inspection, clean drain lines check thermostat. Includes free filter if needed.
