Our technician, Cory, arrived at our home on time & began to assess our HVAC issue. He explained what he was doing and figured out the problem pretty fast. Went to his truck, got the part needed and we were up & running soon after. A big thank you to Cory for his knowledge, professionalism and his great attitude. Our house is cool again thanks to the team at Cool World.
I should have posted a review sooner but life intercedes and you move on. They put a completely new AC system in my home two years ago. They replaced a 15 year old unit that was still working and cooling my house. The new unit never worked. I didn't realize it until the summer arrived and even though the thermostat was set to 65 my house was at 77 degrees.
