RUDE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I called the business on 08/25/10 to inquire about their services. I simply asked if they match competitor prices, and the employee immediately got defensive and stated that "his business does the highest quality work and no one else can compare." Because of the employee's hostile nature, I thanked him for his time and proceeded to get off of the phone. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER The worst customer service in the world. Guy is cocky and has a bad attitude when you call to get a price quote! HORRIBLE! Mike Learn some social skills!
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This guy was a Prick! I called to get a quote, he ramble on about how good he was. When I asked again about getting a quote, he told me I wasn't listening and he wasn't going to do any work for me then he hung up on me. I called back and the coward didn't answer. I called a third time, he answered and said I told you I am not gonna work for you and hung up again. I wouldn't give this guy any business, imagine his idea of customer service. I didn't even want to give this one star.

A womans stamp of approval Mike did an amazing job on my husbands Honda Pilot. He took his time in prepping the vehicle to ensure that the tint job was flawless. Mike has a great appreciation for the military and his shop was spotless. He made me feel very welcomed while I waited. I would definitely recomment Cool Window Tinting to anyone who is looking for quality work at a reasonable price.
Cool Window Tinting Mike at Cool Window Tinting was "Top Notch". When I called just to get a quote on tinting the windows on my new Tundra he immediatly asked me to bring it in and said that he had time to get it done. After arriving at the shop I was greeting by Mike who was extremely cheerful and very helpful at explaining the tinting process. cool window tinting he did a wonderful job on my hyundai accent. i really suggest the front window strip its amazing. i higly suggest getting ur windows dne from mike. mines amazing
Definately recommended Mike is a good guy and he does an awesome job. I take all my vehicles to him. I've had the same tint on my jeep since 2006 and it still looks perfect. Mike does quality work for a decent price and takes care of his customers.
Great job Mike was very professional. He has a clean shop and a very reasonable rate. I have had my tinting down 3 years ago and to this day it looks like the first day it was done. . I highly recommend Mike.
