I moved back to the area about 2 months ago and have been looking for an affordable/well stocked/customer friendly vape store for my husband. I tried a couple of others in Ardmore and then happened upon this one. It was perfect. The guys were great and I'll be bringing my husband in this evening to check you guys out himself.
i went in there to buy a vape sucky service I paid for the vape knowing I said I never been here before he just laid the vape down and just walked off like i wasnt there i has to ask him if he was gonna help me put it together and show me how to do it he said no very rudely i just asked for my money back and lefted the store

My ole lady went to return a vape that was still in just bought condition and had the receipt for the 42 dollar and 5 dollar coil and they gave her 26 dollars....wtf if this is how ur gonna treat ur customers and run ur bussiness me and everyone i know and everyone ive referred up there will stop coming to this place.....im mad yes because ive seen ppl return product to them that they bought months before returning it....so the way i see it is since she isnt a costumer that comesin all the time or the fact that she was a fem... read more

Terrible customer service, terrible attitudes towards customers, and when I brought up my issue after waiting 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge me, they refused to help. The worker was too worried about eating his food before it went cold, than to help me with my issue. I had been going to them for 2 years, but never will I again. I'd rather pay more at a different shop with great customer service than to ever think about stepping foot in their store.
