RecommendedThe staff is amazing from the receptionist to the lab techs to the doctors. They listen and go above and beyond to help you.
We see Dr. Edmondson and have loved all of his nurses over the 10 years we have been patients at the practice. Dr. Edmondson is patient, understanding and always makes time for any and all questions. We just got our flu shots and to quote my kids, "best shots ever, they didn't hurt"! Thank you CSIMP for your continued great care of our family!
Do not go the walk-in clinic. They do not have imaging. 24+ hours since I took my daughter in and 10 hours after her x-ray, and we can’t get anyone to look up the results and let us know if she has a break or not.
Doctor Bullock has been my doctor for over a decade. He is always understanding and will fight for you when he really doesn’t have too. His staff Is impeccably friendly and they go out of their way to help you as much as they can. I couldn’t see myself with another doctor.
Fantastic staff at the walk-in clinic. We were visiting from Ohio when our daughter became sick. They took great care of her, educated us on her sickness, treated appropriately and timely, and followed up via phone call later that evening. Thank you! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Cool springs internal medicine - Dr.Bullock (Patrick Stearns - Office Administrator) always charged me for multiple things that I did not need. After receiving multiple bills for hundreds and hundreds of dollars after they had filed with my insurance which I did not feel I owed, they sent me to collections and I paid my bill in full with the understanding from their office administrator that I could still be seen at the office if I paid. I LOVE CSIMP!!! I've been seeing Dr Karlekar since 2008 or 09...so long I no longer remember! She's so patient, caring, kind, and really has become a part of my little family. She's seen me through many health issues & there's no one I trust more to care for me! So much so she cares for my 2 babies & my husband. She IS that family practitioner! I can't say enough about her & her great nurses! They are truly awesome as well!!! ❤
