⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an acrylic fill and deluxe pedicure at Cool Springs Nail Lounge, and it was amazing! I always see Shelby, and she never disappoints. She’s detail-oriented, kind, and makes sure everything is just right. My nails look flawless, and the deluxe pedicure was so relaxing — my feet feel brand new! The salon is clean, calm, and has a great selection of colors. Highly recommend Shelby, if you're looking for high-quality service in a relaxing setting. 💅🧖‍♀️✨

Would not recommend. Initially I was really impressed with the nail technician that did my nails here. I scheduled with her consistently for about a year. She was on the slower side but was really meticulous and always did a great job. I had one incident where I waited 45 minutes after my scheduled appt and had to rush out. Fine. Stuff happens. Got my nails done here for the first time and less than a week into having them 2 nails popped off. Will not be returning.

The nail technician was kind, but the cuticle removal hurt, which is not typical. She was kind and asked if I was okay, but then it occurred multiple times after. I'm not sure why. Otherwise, it was a quite and kind environment.
