Linda did an amazing job on my nails . I absolutely love them. She’s the sweetest . Love the peaceful environment . 100% recommend .
Linda is very rude she yanked my finger and said you cant get everything perfect and was very disrespectful.
One member of the staff was very disrespectful towards me. One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a nail salon. Very rushed and very uncomfortable.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an acrylic fill and deluxe pedicure at Cool Springs Nail Lounge, and it was amazing! I always see Shelby, and she never disappoints. She’s detail-oriented, kind, and makes sure everything is just right. My nails look flawless, and the deluxe pedicure was so relaxing — my feet feel brand new! The salon is clean, calm, and has a great selection of colors. Highly recommend Shelby, if you're looking for high-quality service in a relaxing setting. 💅🧖♀️✨
Would not recommend. Initially I was really impressed with the nail technician that did my nails here. I scheduled with her consistently for about a year. She was on the slower side but was really meticulous and always did a great job. I had one incident where I waited 45 minutes after my scheduled appt and had to rush out. Fine. Stuff happens.
