Came here twice when I was 16 and then 18, both times service was awesome. This time I went to get a simple lip piercing and was asked to come back the next day at 1, as the guy who did them/ had the jewelry was not available. Came back the next day as planned, paid and waited. I was then told the guy with the jewelry was still not there and so they took my info and said they would call me whenever he got in. They did at least refund my money, but it's been over a week...so either they should go look for the jewelry guy cuz ... read more
