Kudos to HVAC Technicians Steve and Pat at Cool Power!!! Over the weekend the heat shut down at my business. By 10:00 Am on Monday, I had to send my staff home because the office was way too cold. I called 3 HVAC companies; 1 that I used in the past & 2 others that I found on Google. Cool Power was the only that could come the same day. Steve came to diagnose our unit. We had just moved into our new home and one of the units stopped working. He was friendly and personable and was able to give us all the correct information. Customer service was great too when calling. There was a bit of a miscommunication while setting up our appt but the lady whom I spoke with was able to make it work out for us. Appreciate all!
