Terrible experience with this cooling shipping company. First off, the parking space is extremely limited — barely enough room for a standard-sized truck, let alone multiple drivers trying to load or wait their turn. It felt chaotic and poorly planned. What made it worse was being told I needed to scale at a separate location within the same city before I could even start loading.
